COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION AUDIO
We offer professional grade audio equipment rentals.
We can provide you with professional-grade audio systems for both your cocktail hour and reception. Our extensive inventory of audio equipment allows us to provide multiple location set-ups so that everything is prepared in advance. We have systems that will cover a crowd of 50 to 1,500 or more.
Unfortunately, we do not provide client pick of equipment. We deliver, set up, and pick up all equipment package rentals for events.
We can supply you with a professional speaker system to play music from your laptop, iPod, iPad, or any other audio player, as well as wireless microphones for announcements. These systems are an excellent fit for cocktail hours, small receptions, and after-parties.
DJ Equipment
If you have already hired a DJ coming in from out of town and they cannot bring their own equipment, we can provide them with a professional-grade DJ sound system. We offer turntables, digital USB-enabled mixers, analog mixers, and speakers. All they have to provide is their laptop and they'll be up and running in no time!
Amplifying Bands and Performers
We can provide you with full PA and monitor system, and backline equipment for bands including drum kits, guitar amplifiers, bass amplifiers, keyboards, microphones, stands, and more. We can also provide sound mixing services for the performers. We have many years of experience mixing live sound for nationally known recording artists, music venues, festivals, and Broadway-style theater productions.
Battery Operated Speakers
We can provide battery-powered speakers with wireless microphones that will allow you to provide music or speeches in areas with no source of power, that are easy to operate.
Wireless Audio Transmission
We are the only local company that can broadcast audio from mixers to multiple speakers placed throughout a venue or property wirelessly. While others use wireless transmitters and receivers that broadcast up to 50 feet, our professional tour-grade wireless systems can broadcast up to 900+ feet line-of-sight, or up to 500 feet through walls! The system we use was created for large touring sound companies and music venues to transmit sound wirelessly from the main stages to delayed speakers deeper into the festival seating.
