We can provide you with professional-grade audio systems for both your cocktail hour and reception. Our extensive inventory of audio equipment allows us to provide multiple location set-ups so that everything is set up and prepared in advance. We have systems that will cover a crowd of 50 to 1,500 or more.

​Unfortunately we do not provide client pick of equipment. We deliver, setup and pickup all equipment event package rentals for events.

Do-It-Yourself Systems

We can supply you with a professional speaker system to play music from your laptop, iPod, iPad, or any other audio player,. These systems are a great fit for cocktail hours, small receptions, and after-parties.

Tips for playing music from your own devices through our sound systems.

1. Be sure that your device is charged to 100% on the day of your event.

2. Bring your charging cable and plug.

3. If someone will be in charge of playing your music be sure to disable your password or write it down for that person.

4. If you are using a new iPhone or iPad (or any device for that matter) that does not have a headphone jack, be sure to bring your audio adapter that properly fits your device.

5. If you are using a streaming service such as Spotify, be sure to pay for premium service so that you can download your playlist to your device. Most venues will not have sufficient wifi for you to stream music to your device without buffering, if this happens your music may "stutter" during your event.
